Four Seasons Owl Sewing Update

As I have seen on other blogs I follow people’s work in progress I thought as I have shared images of my completed sewing, it would be nice to show their progress.

I am currently sewing a kit from Bothy Threads called Four Owls. It consists of, surprisingly, four owls , one for each season. I am working on the first owl season, spring and have done some of the border that divides the four.

The main thing I have to decide is when I have completed Spring Owl do I continue with the other three or make a start on the scarily big pile of Xmas stitching, which seems grow day by day as I think of more things I could sew for family and friends.

When it is finally completed it will be going on the same wall as the two cat pictures ( see my two first posts for the images of them) I have sewn this year. Project new bedroom is a huge undertaking and I hope one day to have at least one wall full of my stitching! There is still the Egyptian wall, London wall and Beach corner to work on!!

As this is my very first stitching update I will try to update once a week.

Until the next update, happy crafting!!
